Professional Paver Cleaning & Sealing
Florida sun, rain and daily traffic fade pavers, stain their surface and wash sand out of their joints. Overturf's cleans pavers, replaces joint sand and seals driveways, walkways, patios and pool decks in Sarasota, Bradenton and nearby communities. Every estimate is site-specific, because no two paver surfaces are the same. Your home is too valuable for guesswork.
Paver Surfaces We Service
-
Driveways: vehicle traffic, oil drips and tire marks
-
Walkways and entries: foot traffic and runoff from the landscaping
-
Patios: outdoor living areas exposed to sun and rain
-
Pool decks: paver decks around pools and spas

We work on concrete and stone pavers and other high-end paving materials. Travertine pool decks and lanais follow our travertine and natural stone care.
Our Paver Cleaning and Sealing Process
Step 1. Inspection
We walk the area with you, noting stains, joint-sand loss and any existing sealer.
Step 2. Deep cleaning
High-pressure hot water is applied through a specially designed cleaning disk with multiple nozzles for a deep, even clean across the whole surface.
Step 3. Joint-sand replacement
Joints that have lost sand are refilled.
Step 4. Sealing
We apply a water-based sealer with an epoxy binding additive. It hardens on the paver surface and in the joints, helping to hold joint sand in place and resist stains.
Step 5. Final walkthrough
We review the finished surface with you and explain when it can be used again.

Cleaning, Joint-Sand Replacement and Sealer Options
Paver Cleaning
Cleaning removes dirt, buildup and surface stains from pavers that look dull, dark or stained. We use high-pressure hot water through a specially designed cleaning disk with multiple nozzles for a deep, even result across the whole surface.

Joint-Sand Replacement
Rain, weeds and the cleaning itself remove sand from the joints between pavers. Refilling those joints helps keep the pavers in place. Watch for gaps between pavers, weeds growing in the joints, or pavers that have started to shift.

Sealer Options
We use a water-based sealer with an epoxy binding additive. It hardens on the paver surface and in the joints, helping to hold joint sand in place and resist stains. We will talk through sealer options for your surface during your estimate.
Paver Cleaning & Sealing FAQs
Do pavers need sealing after cleaning?
Sealing is optional but recommended. Our sealer hardens on the paver surface and in the joints, which helps hold joint sand in place and resist stains after the cleaning.

When is joint sand replaced?
After cleaning and before sealing, wherever joints have lost sand to rain, weeds or the cleaning itself.

Do you clean pool-deck pavers?
Yes. We clean and seal paver pool decks, and travertine pool decks follow our natural stone process.

How long before vehicles can return?
It depends on the sealer and the weather. Your technician will tell you when the driveway is ready for foot traffic and when it is ready for vehicles.

Can every stain be removed?
Not always. Most dirt and buildup comes out, but some deep or long-set stains may only lighten. We will tell you what to expect during the inspection.
